See what is new · See which agents just went live
The green new count on your Vault now means something powerful. It shows the agents who have just gone live on PropertyFinder or Bayut, brand new to the market, not simply new to your database. When a fresh agent appears you see them straight away, so you can be the first recruiter to reach out while everyone else is still catching up.
Fresh to the market
The new count now tracks agents who went live on a portal in the last 48 hours. These are genuinely new faces, the people worth calling first.
Portal truth, not guesswork
Brokerr reads the real listing dates on PropertyFinder and Bayut and works out the exact day each agent went live, so the count reflects the market rather than our sync.
One click to the new arrivals
Click the green count on the Vault and Brokerr filters straight to the agents who just appeared, sorted with the newest at the top.
Reach them before anyone else
Being first to a brand new agent wins the conversation. Star them, drop them into a pipeline, or message them right away.
- 1 Open the Vault and find the green new count next to the agent total.
- 2 Click it to see every agent who went live on a portal in the last 48 hours.
- 3 Star them, add them to a pipeline, or reach out while they are fresh.

New
See what is new · You control your onboarding welcome emails
When you hire someone in Brokerr, you decide when they receive their onboarding welcome email. For candidates you source yourself, whose address may be their current employer, nothing is ever sent automatically. You review the email, send the invite with one click, and the right person hears from you at the right time.
Send the invite yourself
A new Email invite button sits on every onboarding profile. Click it to send the welcome portal link the moment you are ready.
Sourced candidates stay protected
Candidates you headhunt are never emailed automatically, because their address is often their current employer. You always send those by hand.
One simple setting
Turn automatic welcome emails on for your job applicants in Settings under Onboarding. It stays off until you switch it on.
Fix the address, then send
Open the Email invite window, update the candidate email to a personal one if you need to, and send. The profile updates in the same step.
- 1 Open an onboarding profile and click Email invite to send the portal link.
- 2 For a candidate you sourced, change the email to a personal address first, then send.
- 3 To send automatically for job applicants, turn on the toggle in Settings under Onboarding.

- 2 Switch to the Agency Pipeline to review the candidates they submit.
- 3 Send an interview request and the agency books a time into your calendar.
