By accessing or using Brokerr ("the Service"), operated at brokerr.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Brokerr is a recruitment management platform designed for the Dubai real estate industry. The Service includes candidate tracking, pipeline management, a proprietary talent database (the Vault), AI-powered tools, calling features, email campaigns, calendar integration, and related functionality as described on our website.
To use Brokerr, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Brokerr is offered as a monthly subscription at AED 2,999 per month plus 5% VAT, which includes up to 3 users. Additional users are AED 599 per user per month plus 5% VAT.
Free trial. New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access. Your payment method is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends.
Billing cycle. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through Settings → Billing → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If all attempts fail, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Brokerr, including candidate information, job listings, notes, and documents ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.
You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete Your Data or close your account.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process any personal data you add to the platform, and for complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
The Vault contains publicly available real estate agent information aggregated from public property portal listings. This data is provided for recruitment purposes only. You agree not to:
The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Brokerr and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.
Brokerr integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, Google, and Microsoft. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brokerr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription as described in Section 4. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
