Brokerr ("we", "us", "our") operates the brokerr.app platform — a recruitment management system built for the Dubai real estate industry. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and payment details (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information.
Candidate data. You may upload or enter candidate information including names, contact details, CVs, interview notes, and recruitment pipeline status. You are the data controller for this information.
Vault data. The Vault contains publicly available real estate agent information aggregated from public property portal listings, including agent names, brokerage affiliations, listing activity, and performance metrics.
Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Brokerr is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Brokerr offers an optional Chrome browser extension ("Brokerr Extension") that helps you add candidates directly from property portal and professional networking websites. This section explains how the extension handles your data.
What the extension collects. When you click the extension on a supported page, it reads publicly visible profile information from that page — such as the person's name, job title, company, phone number, email address, and profile URL. The extension does not collect data from pages you visit unless you explicitly activate it.
How data is transmitted. Profile information is sent securely over HTTPS to your Brokerr account at brokerr.app. The extension communicates only with Brokerr's servers — no data is sent to any other third party.
Local storage. The extension stores your authentication token in Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage.local) so you stay logged in between sessions. No candidate data is stored locally in the extension.
Permissions. The extension requests permission to read page content on supported sites only. It does not access your browsing history, bookmarks, or any other browser data.
Removal. You can uninstall the extension at any time from Chrome's extension settings. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data. Candidate data already sent to Brokerr remains in your account and can be deleted from the platform.
